Side and rear fences up to 8 feet are possible only for limited and conditional uses, with the Planning Director’s approval. The finished side must face the adjacent property or any public right-of-way. Solid screening is allowed only behind the front building line, up to 6 feet. In front and on the street side of corner lots a fence has to be 4 feet or less and at least half open.
